That is the never-ending quest that I see when I look back at the evolution of our firm. The “most” is creating healthy, nurturing environments for people, places and the planet. The “least” is resource-efficient design that minimizes our carbon and environmental footprint. The “all” are the unhoused, seniors, veterans, students, families and special-needs communities - regardless of means.

In the timeline of our work responding to California’s housing crisis and climate change, I have seen this play out from the Plaza Apartments to today. Every project can and should be better than the last one.
