I enjoy working on all phases of a project, but the beginning (programming) and end (post-occupancy evaluation) might be my favorite. In those phases, we ask, “How can (or is) this building serving its users?” Design should grow out of the needs, desires, and activities of those users. LMSA’s has great clients that share that belief – their success comes from serving their people.
