The brick façade blends seamlessly into the surrounding context. The ground floor provides community spaces, a café space, and frames a public mid-block passage. A mural along the mid-block passage by San Francisco artist, Britt Henze, “Dock of the Bay” celebrates the colors of the bay, the bridge, and the sky. 735 Davis is certified GreenPoint Platinum.
