I like to make things. That's what initially drew me to architecture. Making things collaboratively with other people in the profession brings me another layer of joy.
I find inspiration in all kinds of artistic expression, from architecture to painting to music. I see a lot of parallels between architecture and music - the structure and composition and the importance of teamwork.
I came to LMSA because I felt the firm's philosophy matched my own, in terms of both social values and design. The materiality of LMSA's projects really appealed to me. There's something direct and honest about letting a beam be a beam.
